Depression and Anxiety often go hand in hand, and it can be difficult to know which one you have, or if what you are feeling is as a result of both.

- difficulty concentrating

- lack of energy, fatigue

Depression
- Chronic Depression – Dysthmia is the milder from of depression
- Major Depression or Clinical Depression is more severe than chronic depression. You may feel hopeless and find that all aspects of your life are affected.
If you have depression or anxiety or both, it is important to get help at the beginning. Depression and anxiety, if left untreated can seriously affect the quality of your life.

Self help for Depression and Anxiety
There are many self help books available to help you cope and over come both depression and anxiety. It is important that you seek treatment in whatever form to prevent your condition from affecting your quality of life.
CBT
