Many of the symptoms that we experience on a day to day basis, can be due to stress. It can be difficult to accept that what you have been feeling is as a result of stress or anxiety. The stress test is a quick way to determine if your symptoms are indeed due to stress or anxiety.
You will be presented with a series of questions. Answer them as honestly as you can to find out if you are stressed or not.

The results of the stress test are not intended to replace a professional diagnosis by a health professional. It can be useful to check that your symptoms are not as a result of a medical condition.
